Witness Assessment
At Evident, we believe in the importance of having reliable and confident witnesses in court proceedings. That's why we also provide advanced witness assessment services that provide a detailed profile of your witnesses – supported by written reports with video review. Our assessments identify the strengths and weaknesses, allowing better preparation for trial and giving you the information you need to put forward the strongest possible case.

Cross-Examination Practice
Our training is a blend of theory and practice, designed to provide witnesses with the skills they need to excel in their roles, and how to avoid the pitfalls when faced with an experienced cross-examiner. One key aspect of our training is direct and personal cross-examination, which allows our witnesses to experience what it’s like to be cross-examined by a skilled barrister on topics that are unrelated to the case, but still personal to them. The video review that follows is often most revealing and helpful in showing aspects where the witness has succeeded in getting a point across and others where our training can help make that happen. Our goal is to prepare our witnesses for the unique challenges they may face in the courtroom, and to provide them with the tools they need to perform their duties with confidence and clarity.
